I thank my lucky stars that I was referred to this exceptional Doctor for an Ultra Sound. Dr Elsayad had an air of reassuring confidence that immediately put me at ease. I sustained a deep laceration to my forearm in August 2021 after falling off a ladder whilst pruning a tree. The scar healed but a spot appeared in September that grew bigger and bigger and got infected. As the wound got worse the appointments that I had were brought forward and Dr Elsayad and his lovely colleague Ela managed to squeeze me in between appointments. I saw them both on 26th January 22 and he identified an 8mm twig that had been left inside the wound for 5 months. Whilst carrying out the procedure he explained everything on the screen. He continued and was extremely thorough, thankfully the debris popped out during the Ultra Sound.
I will always be grateful to the expertise of Dr Elsayad and very thankful that Ela was on hand too. How lucky was I to receive such fantastic care.

I have never come across a doctor such as this one. I came in for a steroid injection in my knee. In the past I've had similar but in my heels and shoulders, so I was absolutely terrified and nervous during this appointment.
I must say, the way the doctor sensed this anxiety and worry from me and the way he took my attention off it was amazing. He explained everything so so well, and told me exactly how I may feel during the injection entering my knee. Right away he took all major worries and concerns away from me. I cannot thank this doctor enough, great job and a great asset to the team!

Had wonderful care by Dr Elsayad today. Very professional, friendly and you can tell very experienced.
Only met Dr Elsayad today but would definately recommend him. He even picked up a small tear in my shoulder where no one had before!!

Dr. Mohamed Elsayad is a consultant radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal imaging, ultrasound-guided injections, and cross-sectional body imaging. In his current role, he has advanced his expertise in complex pelvic imaging, including colorectal, gynecological, and multiparametric prostate MRI imaging, and is a core member of these multidisciplinary meetings.
He serves as the lead radiologist for the BHRUT Endometriosis tertiary referral center and has pioneered the introduction of microbubble contrast ultrasound in liver imaging. Dr. Elsayad holds a Specialist Ultrasound Master's degree, covering areas such as the abdomen, pelvis, musculoskeletal, vascular, gynecological, small parts, and various lumps and bumps.
Passionate about education, Dr. Elsayad teaches at numerous national and local radiology courses and is a lead trainer for helping trainees pass the FRCR 2b exam. He also assists overseas doctors in settling within the NHS and progressing their careers, offering guidance to those facing challenges.
