Brilliant, humane, highly qualified and professional. Mr. Sadek is a very good listener, therefore extracts everything necessary out of the patient's history in order to diagnose. Punctual regarding medical work up. Thorough in explaining and guiding the patient. A real problem solver, working with a team that provides for and complements an extra high quality neurosurgical service. Highly recommended.

Wonderful care. Fantastic staff. Great food. I didn't want to go home. The view wasn't great, but you can't do much about that!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you all for everything you did to make my stay with you so easy and pleasurable.

From the initial consultation to assess the need for surgery, through the carpal tunnel release procedure, removal of stitches, and the follow-up appointment with the consultant, the entire experience was informative, supportive, and reassuring. During the surgery itself, I felt calm, relaxed, and very safe. It was the best experience I have ever had, and I would highly recommend both this consultant and this hospital.

Everyone in this hospital - from the receptionist to the x-ray techs, from the nurses to the consultants, from the porters to the pharmacists - was wonderful on the occasions I've been here (and I've unfortunately been in and out a lot recently so it's not a one-off experience.

good experience, punctual

The experience as a day case patient was very well. The ward nursing team worked so well with the medical and therapy team to provide a smooth stay. Meal was ordered well in advance before surgery and came at the right time post-surgery. Nursing team was great on checking upon me from time to time and administering medication as needed. Theatre team was very friendly which made the whole environment relaxed whilst feeling nervous about the surgery. Medical team was brilliant and informative throughout. Physiotherapy team was also very reassuring with pre and post-surgery check up. Follow-up appointments wound care and stitches removal were all promptly arranged, which Severino dealt with a hiccup very well! (thank you!)

The staff were supportive but the only issues we had was the tv is the room was not working. Because it was a day care and i happened to stay over was not given breakfast because they was communication breakdown I think. Finally I was given something to eat about almost 10am.

I was made to feel at ease and trusting the care of the whole team during my stay at the hospital. Everyone was courteous and friendly, which goes a long way when you are feeling anxious about a procedure. I am grateful for the attitude of everyone I met while at the hospital.
