I recently had a pacemaker fitted at the QEQM hospital in Thanet. The nursing staff were excellent from the moment I entered the ward. They took the time to explain what was going to happen and put me at ease. Before entering theatre Dr Grosser visited to explain how the procedure was carried out.He was very honest and told me that certain parts of fitting the pacemaker would be uncomfortable and may hurt a little. Whilst in the theatre all staff made me feel at ease with there calm and professional manner.Upon conclusion of having pacemaker fitted and return to recover in the ward , again the nursing staff were excellent

I have been a patient of Dr Grosser for about a year, during which time I have had a number of tests and procedures done, including coronary angiography. The meetings and conversations with Dr Grosser have always been really friendly, relaxing and informative. I feel he always takes the time to explain my condition and possible treatments in a way I can understand. Overall, I always feel I'm in the best of hands, which is important for a patient with a heart condition.

Following my event Dr Grosser made me feel totally at ease by explaining exactly what had happened and what resulting surgery I needed and 1year later I am fully fit and well And following another appointment with him today I feel that I have made a full recovery

Dr Grosser was very kind and patient and willing to listen to questions and explain. He helped to put my mind at rest and I am very grateful to him. I am writing this review as if I were my husband

Dr Grosser recently fitted me with a Stent at the William Harvey Hospital at Ashford At a previous meeting he had described the procedure in full detail, the reasons why one was needed, the benefits and any possible problems. I was also briefed before the operation. On both occasions I found his manner very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions in lay mans terms. Whilst he came across as very professional there was no arrogance with him which helped considerably and enabled me to relax.
