I can not fault my care

The serviced the consultation was friendly, efficient and pertinent to my needs.

My own experience means I would have no hesitation recommending The Chaucer Hospital to anyone

After wanting to have this surgery for a number of years and being very nervous about going ahead, I finally plucked up the courage to speak to someone about exactly what the process would be. During my consultation I was told truthfully, exactly what my surgery involve including any risks that could arise. I’m glad that I was spoken honestly,it made me feel more comfortable about going ahead, (don’t get me wrong, it still scared me!) I felt that if I backed out at this stage I would never go through with the one thing that I felt would make a massive change for me. Ultimately, I cannot explain the difference having the surgery done has made for me personally, the care, consideration and the professionalism of everyone involved in my journey, (and it is a journey!) was second to none, I couldn’t recommend more highly! Changed my life! Thank you Anita Hazari! There’s a reason they say you are the best! Xxx

Always professional and caring, right from the reception team, catering, admin to the nurses/consultants. I would like to mention nurse Sarah McKensie, outstanding nurse, professional, kind, understanding and friendly. Thank you all at the Chaucer for taking great care of me in the past and my ongoing visits.

Highly recommend using this hospital. The staff are an absolute dream from nursing, cleaning and catering, all were so friendly, caring and helpful.

I was successfully treated by Andrew Smith. Needle aponeurotomy for Dupytrens Contracture. The nurse was very kind and supportive. I was followed up by Michael, hand therapist, with two very helpful sessions.
