Spencer Private Hospitals, Margate

Over all good but not as good as Chaucer Canterbury.

I received great care in Spencer Hospital. Staff were kind, respectful and professional.

Every member of staff from the porter, reception and nursing staff were so kind and caring.

Absolutely five star all the way. No complaints what so ever. Thank you Spencer private hospital.

The Spencer wing in Ashford is comfortable and all members of staff are very helpful, friendly and considerate.

As a NH patient I was allocated a room for my surgery in the Spencer wing Margate. The nursing staff were all excellent. Caring, efficient, friendly and professional..Particularly the two nurses on night duty who kept a very close eye on me and were very attentive.. that was so re-assuring. i could not wish for, or imagine a more caring environment that all the staff created.

As an NHS patient I think some of the staff were very rude and not very helpful.I felt because I wasn’t the fee paying customer they dealt with me differently and it was very embarrassing especially to them.The staff were arguing with the consultant in full view of the waiting patients.
