Dr Grosser is an excellent doctor, having just had a second stent fitted I was totally put at ease by his explanation of what he was going to do, I was attending the Cardiac Catheter department at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford for an angioplasty to be carried out by Dr Grosser, as the procedure was finishing he advised me that he had found one of my arteries to be significantly narrowed, he gave me the option for him to insert a stent while we there, as he put "you're here i'm here so why not" it save me from having to attend at a later date to have the stent fitted and also saved the NHS time and money for a second visit for something that could be dealt with then. William Harvey Cardiac department is an excellent facility and a credit to our fantastic NHS, thank you.

Dr Grosser has an amazing bedside manner, he manages to combine expertise with humour and a brilliant approachability. Dr Grosser explained the procedure, which was an exploratory angiogram, with the possibility of inserting a stent at the same time. As it turned out the stenting wasn't possible, but the necessary procedure was described and explained and I was assured that a referral would be made. It is easy to place your trust in his capabilities and in those moments when you feel vulnerable and a little afraid he is the perfect antidote to the attendant anxiety. Of any cardiovascular procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a Coronary Angiography on 19 August 2019 at William Harvey Hospital. This was carried out by Dr. Konrad Grosser. Dr. Grosser explained everything to myself and my wife very clearly. Answered all our questions in a friendly manner. He has an extremely good bedside manner. The procedure was carried out in a very caring and professional way. I was referred to beneden for investigation into possible heart issues, happily all was found to be fine after very thorough tests after consultation with dr konrad grosser. Dr grosser however took time to explain my type 2 diabetes levels we’re worryingly high, he further explained in a way I found easy to understand the need to address my diabetes. I was recommended to look into the keto diet, a letter was sent to my gp advising them of this and the need for my medication to be changed. I am so thankful to Konrad, after 10 weeks following keto, weight loss currently 3 st. More importantly levels following recent blood tests more than half of previous result. I am so thankful for the time taken to discuss my diabetes, after all I was referred for heart. I found dr grosser understanding of my problems and will continue to follow his advise, at present overall I feel so much better, energy levels improved, sleeping much better. Many thanks

I had an angiography two days ago. From the moment I arrived at the Cardiac Catheter Lab in the William Harvey Hospital I was put totally at my ease. I had been very anxious about this procedure as I have never had anything like this done before. Dr Grosser has an extremely professional approach and kept me informed throughout. Once I was in the theatre the team and Dr Grosser in particular made me feel totally relaxed and it felt a very short time later when he told me it was all over. Were I to need further treatment, I sincerely hope that it would be Dr Grosser who would perform it for me as he gives me total confidence.
