Took very good care of my son when he came in for a minor operation on his leg. He was kind, professional and then took time out to message me asking after him!His after care was as outstanding as his care inside the hospital. So very impressed
I had the great pleasure of Dr John Griffiths being my anaesthetist for my surgery. From the moment I met him, his infectious enthusiastic personality, assured me I could get through the journey. He put my mind at ease & explained every step. He even took time to contact me to see how I was doing in his personal time, which really boosted me to move forward to the next step. Would recommend without hesitation- thank you Dr Griffiths
Dr John was engaging and informative. His calm professional manner was much appreciated. I would recommend him absolutely
From the moment Dr Griffiths entered the room at my pre op assessment his cheerful friendly persona put me at ease. I am a very nervous elderly patient with no experience of major surgery and existing problems with heart conditions when I was seen prior to having a hip replacement.
He explained how he would allow for the heart problems and work out a plan to accommodate any difficulties that may occur. When I left a lot of my anxiety had eased thanks to Dr Griffiths ‘s sensitivity and reassurances.
Following a successful hip replacement Dr Griffiths visited each of the three following days to ask how I was and check my progress also my follow up instructions on returning home.
I am so grateful to have experienced the care given by Dr Griffiths and would highly recommend him .
Dr John Griffitha came to see me before my hip revision surgery at Th Manor Hospital and was very friendly, cheerful and reassuring. He obviously had a good relationship with the surgeon and I felt confident I would be in good hands. He also explained the nature of the anaesthesia I would be having.
My only concern was that the night following the operation I did not sleep at all and I don’t know whether this was due to the medication used to bring one round from the anaesthetic?
I was however impressed that Dr Griffiths came to see me again a day or two after the operation which I felt was very caring.
