Was treated with respect in person however as soon as i left i guess i was completely forgotten about as I haven’t heard anything since, it’s been two months and I’ve been spammed with these review requests but no actual help, if you people would contact me as much as you do about these stupid reviews maybe I would feel good about the service and not want to kill myself constantly. We also discussed some form of medication other than the tablets I’m taking but have heard nothing as you know.

The lady that saw me did everything she could to put me at ease without being patronising or condescending- she was patient with my severe anxiety and I felt able for the first time in a long while to use my own voice and not my mums who has to accompany me everywhere. I really want to continue working with her as I’m sure she will try to help me. Thankyou [name removed]
The last two questions were n/a.
[name removed] and [name removed] have been brilliant. And made me feel relaxed
Lady was nice
Thank you for your suggestion, which I have passed to the service manager. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager

I have been left without medication that ive been on for 14 months. Im still waiting for my second appointment 2.5 months after my first, even though it should have been 3-4 weeks after the first. Chased my appointment with reception and they don't get back to me. Absolutely appalling.
