I was there for a three hour test. Ms Stern was both pleasant and professional providing insights on aspects of the tests and listening to feedback. At the end of the three hours I felt the tests had been exhaustive and very insightful. The report provided by Ms Stern was both punctual and detailed in the level of analysis.

My blood tests and urine flow tests had not been booked properly and so were initially not visible to the nurses
I was told to drink too little too late
I had to wait two hours longer than expected
The urine flow test failed because the nurse did not check the operation of the equipment before getting me to use it
The measurements were clearly inaccurate because the nurse said I passed 350ml of urine only one minute after telling me that she had measured the contents of my bladder as 303ml using ultra sound scan
All in all the worst experience I have ever had from private healthcare

Friendly, clean and efficient service. In healthcare usually the process is highly inefficient and chaotic but things appeared to be calm and in control at CC. My DR was very thorough and pleasant to work with.

Excellent communication from Dr A Patel, he was very understanding and explained things in a way I feel I can make an informed decision now in regards to the management of my newly diagnosed asthma, he had a much more reasonable approach in comparison to my GP, and obviously more time to explain everything

Extremely kind, caring and professional staff who were very flexible too and tried their best to get all my tests done in one go as I had travelled from Milton Keynes. Slight lack of communication between the care staff and receptionist but after a gentle enquiry all got back on track very quickly, thank you
