I was there for a three hour test. Ms Stern was both pleasant and professional providing insights on aspects of the tests and listening to feedback. At the end of the three hours I felt the tests had been exhaustive and very insightful. The report provided by Ms Stern was both punctual and detailed in the level of analysis.

If I was to pick one area of improvement it would be to suggest methods, procedures, self-help etc that I could adopt to improve areas of weakness highlighted from the tests.

Seems well co-ordinated between the lead physician and medical support team. I am carrying out some tests at another hospital and it's a bit of the left hand not knowing the right hand etc with the team involved
