Extremely kind, caring and professional staff who were very flexible too and tried their best to get all my tests done in one go as I had travelled from Milton Keynes. Slight lack of communication between the care staff and receptionist but after a gentle enquiry all got back on track very quickly, thank you

new systems with some staff obviously more confident and competent in them than others but nothing disastrous at all

everyone is SO nice and helpful, not patic, I genuinely believed they cared, its not a show
