When I heard that Cleveland Clinic had opened in London, I immediately decided to come in for a complete checkup because I have dealt with them in Florida and was always impressed by the professionalism and thorough service. The London office did not disappoint. I felt truly well taken cared of. I was even offered a snack box that included a healthy sandwich, gluten free rice cakes, an apple and a bottle of water. This was greatly appreciated after an overnight fast. They have updated my chart with all of my test results including my doctor's comments. This was so useful and appreciated! Thank You!

Overall, my experience was good. I liked my specialist. She listened carefully, asked astute questions. She seemed entirely competent.
But, there’s follow-up required and I was surprised to hear her next slot is a month away.
There are abnormal lab results I’d like to discuss.
I would have stuck with the NHS if I knew private — and the world class CCL — would be just as slow.

Mr Simmons has been my surgeon and consultant all the way through my surgery and after care.
For the first time in 20 years he made me feel like he genuinely cared and listened to all my back story up to present day. It has been a pleasure to travel from Manchester for my outpatient appointments and will miss not having a catch up with him. He is definitely one of life’s earth angels and there is nothing myself and my partner could do or say to thank him.
