Overall, my experience was good. I liked my specialist. She listened carefully, asked astute questions. She seemed entirely competent. But, there’s follow-up required and I was surprised to hear her next slot is a month away. There are abnormal lab results I’d like to discuss. I would have stuck with the NHS if I knew private — and the world class CCL — would be just as slow.

Less delay in follow up appointment.
