When I heard that Cleveland Clinic had opened in London, I immediately decided to come in for a complete checkup because I have dealt with them in Florida and was always impressed by the professionalism and thorough service. The London office did not disappoint. I felt truly well taken cared of. I was even offered a snack box that included a healthy sandwich, gluten free rice cakes, an apple and a bottle of water. This was greatly appreciated after an overnight fast. They have updated my chart with all of my test results including my doctor's comments. This was so useful and appreciated! Thank You!

I can't think of anything you could improve on at this time.
Everyone was exceptional in my opinion, from the the entrance to exit. The ladies in the blood lab were so sweet, made me feel so comfortable. Mena was very accommodating and professional, it felt so calming dealing with her. Dr. Bronsdon GP, was very thorough and took her time explaining everything. I never felt rushed and it was as it she dedicated her whole time to just me! Felt very special to be treated like this.
