The experience at the Portland place consulting rooms was exceptional. The staff engaged with the patient. I was not as impressed with the staff at Queen Square with the exception of the receptionist who gave me full assistance to enter the building given my mobility issues. The office staff seemed unconcerned and I have to say unfriendly.
