This was my second MRI in a week and both times I showed up 15 mins early as requested only to be told the MRI team was running behind - in fact, more than an hour late. Obviously, Cleveland Clinic is troubleshooting new staff, policies and equipment, but the scanning team needs more time for each appointment. It is apparent to me just observing and experiencing care on two occasions the team needs longer time to scan each patient. While this might look like a revenue decrease on paper with fewer appointments, it will reward Cleveland Clinic with happier, less stressed staff and happier patients with on-time appointments.

I thought it would be nice to have some windows open. No possibility to do so as far as I could see.
I have no idea what the cost of my consultation was. It will be covered by my insurance.
Further testing, i pay a percentage.
I was anxious about some further testing and didn’t think about asking.
