I thought it would be nice to have some windows open. No possibility to do so as far as I could see. I have no idea what the cost of my consultation was. It will be covered by my insurance. Further testing, i pay a percentage. I was anxious about some further testing and didn’t think about asking.

A private place to have my blood pressure, weight etc taken. My husband said he could hear the whole conversion I had with the nurse. He was in the 3rd floor reception and waiting area around the corner

The nursing manager in the scanning area on the ground floor. I think she is called Kate. (Tall lady with blonde hair) I was anxious about the brain scan I was asked to have and she talked me through the process and even managed to let me see the scanner in between patients with the help of the staff there. Kind, lovely and thoughtful all of them, which I really appreciated.
