This was my second MRI in a week and both times I showed up 15 mins early as requested only to be told the MRI team was running behind - in fact, more than an hour late. Obviously, Cleveland Clinic is troubleshooting new staff, policies and equipment, but the scanning team needs more time for each appointment. It is apparent to me just observing and experiencing care on two occasions the team needs longer time to scan each patient. While this might look like a revenue decrease on paper with fewer appointments, it will reward Cleveland Clinic with happier, less stressed staff and happier patients with on-time appointments.

Suggested improvements
Longer time to scan patients in order for the scanning team to run on time and not have patients face hour plus delays.


I am terrible with names but Camilla of the MRI team was exceptional. The other two of the team were also excellent.
