Effective and professional service. The consultant was extremely kind and knowledgeable, Tests I was ordered were done timely, process for the tests was easy and staff was helpful, results were delivered to my iPhone and discussion about them was also timely and helpful.
In summary, excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend it.

I felt The Cleveland Clinic to offer a first-class service because staff were not only friendly but excellent communicators - (this applies to the day I attended). The doorman was wonderful and that was my first introduction to the Clinic!
My Consultant explained everything in great detail without patronising me in any way and I felt 'held' and reassured by him.
The facilities and cleanliness were top rate - the only thing I didn't like were the sofas on the third floor which were not ergonomic and it was impossible to gain any support from them when attempting to sit upright and back!

Excellent professional advice and care provided by Mr. Jon Simmons, under whose care I have been since February 2022.
We did not discuss costs at all as I have private insurance and therefore not really necessary.
