Share review of Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre

I felt The Cleveland Clinic to offer a first-class service because staff were not only friendly but excellent communicators - (this applies to the day I attended). The doorman was wonderful and that was my first introduction to the Clinic! My Consultant explained everything in great detail without patronising me in any way and I felt 'held' and reassured by him. The facilities and cleanliness were top rate - the only thing I didn't like were the sofas on the third floor which were not ergonomic and it was impossible to gain any support from them when attempting to sit upright and back!
