Some of the information sent prior to the procedures was duplicated and some of the information in accurate. For example the clothing recommended to be worn during the stress echo testing was shorts/leggings and trainers. However, at the clinic I was told that I didn't need these items and my trousers were suitable. Some of the information on the information sheets is contradictory for example: The information sheets about the procedures stated that payment was required on or before the appointment date. However, this was not the case and I was invoiced after the procedure. Confirmation of receipt of payments was also slow to arrive.

The exceptional knowledge of my consultant and patient interaction was exceptional.
