Effective and professional service. The consultant was extremely kind and knowledgeable, Tests I was ordered were done timely, process for the tests was easy and staff was helpful, results were delivered to my iPhone and discussion about them was also timely and helpful. In summary, excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Nothing. Everything and everyone were amazing

Dr Paul Stimpson is fantastic. He is approachable, good listener, gentle and kind, knowledgeable and effective. The MRI staff was really good, from the receptionist who offered a selection of cold sparkling or still water, to the assistant who took my history and showed me to the dressing room, and the radiographer Daniel, who gave me my earphones and asked with a smile if I wanted to listen to magic I think, and then reassured me that everything was going to be ok during my MRI. The audiologist at the audiology service was excellent. My audiometry was done in a second and my results were given to me straight away. They all made me feel safe and well looked after.
