The counter area is small and cramped. I had had trouble getting my prescription from the surgery but I had been assured on Monday that the pharmacy would have it ready that afternoon. In the event I called at the pharmacy on Tuesday morning. The member of staff who dealt with me was miserable and incommunicative. She spent about five minutes wandering around the pharmacy apparently unable to find my prescription. At no time did she tell what was going on. Eventually she tracked it down but there was no apology or smile. I have had similar experiences at this pharmacy before - they do not seem to have a sense of purpose or customer service.
