Boots Pharmacy East Grinstead Ship Street Surgery

Small store but all staff very helpful and friendly. Jay is fairly new to Boots but efficient and helpful. Mark always knows who you are, and quick to help. Such a shame the store has to close, let's hope the staff stay local and are still as efficient in larger stores

This store may be small but the efficiency of the space that they have available is impressive. they will do prescriptions faster than any other pharmacy and always willing to help you no matter what. I know so many people who choose to go here compared to any of the other pharmacies in east grinstead and I agree.

This was once a lovely store with regular staff who knew the patients well and cared for them. A couple of years ago things started to change. The staff were no longer regulars and there seemed to be a breakdown in communication between them and the doctors surgery. Although this has improved a little it could still be better. That said, Mark (surname unknown) is very helpful and tries his best. He is the nearest we now have to a regular person but he is not a pharmacist unfortunately. With a little consistency this could once again become a very good store.
