Boots Pharmacy East Grinstead London Road

Twice in recent weeks I have used the pharmacy at this store and both times the member of staff ha been short, almost to the point of being rude. I treat people the way I like to be treated so I was not rude to her. I have now transferred my prescriptions to Sainsbury’s instead.

I had Boots Pharmacy as nominated Pharmacy, when I went to collect the repeat prescription i was advised out of two there only had one prescription, the second one is a supplier issue and will be able to get any way. I insist I wanted to try another pharmacy who had the the medication which Boots did not have. the fist pharmacy I walk in had it and two weeks on I am still waiting for Boots to rel;ease the prescription. When I called them on today said the same thing to me the prescription has been released and the pharmacy I went to say its not. The Pharmacies I just spoken to was very rude and not helpful at all. In the past I have spoken to a very good and helpful it seems hit and miss who you get.
