I have seen Reenal over a period of about 4 years and have never had a bad experience with her. She is clear in her instructions and about what tests she needs to perform. She has always been patient, even when it is not easy to judge whether one lens is clearer than another, and has listened to anything I have had to say about my eyesight or eye health and answered queries in language that is easy to understand. She has always been excellent with my son as well.
