Phoned on Friday 8th to enquire about contact lenses. Given appointment for Monday 11th to discuss different options. Explained everything fully by Tony. Given test to see what best lenses would suit me. I said I'd probably prefer daily lenses. Tony inserted them for me and told me to walk about shop for 15 minutes, Did that and found them comfortable. Told Tony. He advised me I had dry eyes and could probably wear them about 5 hours at a time and when I said I would want to wear them the same as my glasses he advised monthly ones but would send for both to give me a choice. Now have appointment for Thursday 14th at 1.15pm he but would phone at 11 am to re-schedule if lenses didn't come in. The service I received from Tony was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend an to recommend Boots to anyone. M love

Really lovely staff, felt very looked after and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. Explained everything to me and took their time and I didn't feel rushed at all..... helped me decide on glasses and was completely honest about what suites and what didn't really great experience
