Very helpful and cheerful staff

I had my eyes checked and eyesight tested, with changes since my last prescription highlighted. It did feel a little quick and being Boots I did expect it to feel less 'commercial' than eg Spec savers etc. On the whole , no complaints and I chose a frame that my daughter had helped me pick at a Boots in a different town, where I wS visiting her.

Very friendly staff. Optometrist listened to my problem. He carried out all tests and told me his thoughts,explained them and gave his recommendations.

Kirsty was very friendly and efficient and approached me on my earlier visit and as a result I booked my eye check ( my previous check was with Specsavers) Marc the optician was very good at putting me at ease and explaining everything They were both first class and I feel confident that I have the perfect solutions for me in glasses and sunglasses

I was given a full eye test and given the option to buy glasses from boots or just take my prescription elsewhere The staff were really friendly and very helpful would definitely recommend boots opticians to family and friends
