My consultation at Boots was of utmost importance because I discovered a problem in sight that had never been detected. The optometrist suggested that I go to the hospital immediately, and the doctor told me that I really had a problem but that I could live with it, but that I should be aware. He also said that the optometrist who discovered the problem had "eagle eyes"!
It was meticulous
Sonam , the Optometrist was very friendly, informative and very throrough.
She is the reason I come to Centre Court Boots.
Maryam, the lady who fitted my glasses was so smiley and friendly-you have two great customer care practioners in them.My glasses were chosen properly, quickly and efficiently.
Really impressed!!
Very friendly staff and great work during appointment.
Although optometrist is thorough, I did wait 45mins to see her.
I booked both a contact lense and eye check one after the other and had to wait 45mins for eye test. It did appear another customer jumped the queue and went in before me. It's frustrating as this always seems to happen to me/ every year I go! I have to book out 2hours on a Saturday morning to have my eyes tested. There are also so many staff- of whom hardly any of them have a clue what's going on. I counted 5 members of staff walking around and chatting. None of which asked or sorted out the fact I had been waiting 45mins.
Having said that I've seen my optometrist for nearly 20years and she knows her stuff.
