I appreciate that I was seen even if I was a few minutes late for my appointment. The optometrist was pleasant and helpful. However one staff was dismissive in the way he spoke to me. Even at the beginning of the test I felt uncomfortable. If a customer has a query do not make them feel embarassed that they asked. I must have misunderstood what was said to me when I booked my appointment over the phone or what the instructions were from the optometrist during consultation, that is why I am asking. Apologies on my part that I may have misunderstood. But dismissiveness and annoyance is something I understood clearly.
