Boots Opticians West Wickham

I very much appreciate the eye care and service I receive at West Wickham Boots Opticians. It is reliable; the care is explained, and it is provided with great kindness. They have looked after my eyes for some decades now, and I will travel from anywhere for their care. I now live in Glasgow, but took a train last weekend for my appointment with them. There is no reason for me to go anywhere else.

Brilliant service would thoroughly recommend

Today the 5/5/21 l attended Boots the opticians in West Wickham and was attended to by Amy on time for my appointment to collect my new pair of glasses. She quickly located my glasses and sat me down ensuring that l was OK and explained that she needed me to try on the glasses to ensure that they fitted correctly and they were comfortable. As some changed were evidently required for a good fit behind my ears, this was done several times until both myself and Amy were completely satisfied. My experience in this opticians was completely satisfactory and all l can saw now is that l have seldom had such a comfortable pair of glasses to wear. Many thanks to Amy. There was no waiting for my appointment. I was greeted when I entered. The optometrist was direct and clear about what he was doing. He answered my questions.

Better informed staff about the service on offer is a good start. Improved communication skills of senior members of staff including the optician will help improve professionalism.. A smile would go a long way, especially with the more senior members of staff including the optician. After my experience I will not return to Boots opticians at West Wickham.

I have used this optician since it was Dollond & Aitchison, and have always had excellent and friendly service. It is not always easy to get an appointment with Faizel Randeree, my preferred optometrist, as he is always very busy. But when I am able to get an appointment, he is very thorough.

Very impressed with the service that I received during myour visit. Would highly recommend this optician's. Faizel randeree excellent and the best I've ever seen!
