The Optometrist was patient, professional and offered me an excellent standard of customer service. I was extremely happy, the staff also in Hayes Boots were friendly, accomodating and really lovely. So lovely to see happy staff who clearly enjoy what they do.

Really good with my 11 year old daughter, patient and caring and made sure she was ok with having to choose glasses for the first time

I found Mr Ansari totally professional and he made me feel at ease, I was able to discuss my needs and he made the choice of driving and reading glasses very easy.

Optometrist was awesome. Explainwd wvwrythimf and very thorough. Appointment was 15 mons late starting though.

Easy to book and professional service.

I have been going to same optician for well over 20 years even though I live miles away, mainly because it is a friendly, efficient and relaxing place and I have been very happy with the two people who have tested my eyes in that time. I get a free eye test because of glaucoma in my family so I tend to take their advice and do not shop around for cheaper glasses or lenses. However, I am not a great fan of Boots and think I probably pay through the nose for such things since you took over. For that reason I would not give an unqualified recommendation. My view would be that its a great place for an eye test, just a shame its owned by Boots
