Great eye test and service
Great staff, explained everything to me, there was no waiting around and also helped with choosing the right frame for my face.
I had excellent customer service and care. Couldn't fault it.
My appointment was at 11.50 and I did not leave until around 1.15, after waiting around for a long time with my baby who was hungry and crying . The wait was too long as the appointment itself only took roughly 30 minutes, which meant I was waiting for around 55 minutes in total.
Extremely friendly and personable service in store - they did very thorough checks including visual fiends and retinal photography, and even repeated the visual fields when there was some uncertainty over the result.
I was given recommendations to possibly renew my glasses as my prescription had changed a little.
I originally had an appointment book for 16:10, but tried calling about 2pm to see if I could bring it forward - I tried to call twice, but no one answered the phone. Fortunately I was able to change it online and this was straightforward for me, even on a mobile device. But I was a little surprised that the phone wasn't answered on two occasions.
