Rhian assisted with our eye check and choosing glasses. She was very kind and smiley, she didn't pushed us for a sale and gave us clear and understandable explanation of our lens options. We received fantastic customer experience and we do recommend Castle Boulevard clinic.

I was greeted upon my arrival. I was not kept waiting long before I was seen by a member of staff. I then went straight to have a few tests done before seeing the Optometrist. Everything was explained to me and what my options for new glasses were. I was then passed to another member of staff who was extremely helpful in helping me choose my new glasses. I had two pairs of glasses to choose which I was given as much time as I needed to choose them. In my opinion I consider I received a very warm and friendly welcome and was under no pressure to purchase any glasses whatsoever.

From the time I arranged my appointment, I felt I was looked after. I got there early and this was noted and I was thanked. Both the lady who did the initial tests and the optometrist were excellent. They were polite and friendly and very easy to like. I will definitely recommend Boots at Castle Boulevard to all my friends.
