WEBSITE TO BOOK APPOINTMENT IS USELESS
so I needed to phone branch and asked for an appt with contact lens fitting but this wasn't correctly booked meaning I need to come back for another appointment a week later. as booking processes go not the best experience.
The appointment itself was great - The staff were very helpful and attentive in store and explained clearly what they had done and what this meant in terms of the various eye tests and their results

Not happy with the way the optometrist made me feel - had my 3 year old son with me who wanted to sit on my knee - the optometrist made it clear she wasn't happy 'as he would get in the way' he didn't at all. Asked her if she wanted me to rearrange as she made me feel so uncomfortable that I had my son with me. Not a pleasant experience
