A very thorough examination and discussion on my problems. I'm sure she gave me her name but I have forgotten it. Whoever my appointment was booked with was ru. I g late so she asked if I would be happy for her to do it to save me waiting ... and that suited me very well.

I didn't get my eyes tested as optometrist was running at least half an hour late. Have had to rebook an appointment.

All staff were friendly and put me at ease. Procedures were clearly explained and I was reassured about the reasons why there was a need to have further tests. I felt that my options were also clearly put to me and there was no pressure to buy new glasses which would make me return to and recommend this optician to others as I felt the focus was on meeting my needs and not on selling product.
