The optician, Andrew Greaves was very good and was competent and thorough.
Mr Greaves picked up a condition that causes my eyes to water a lot and suggested a solution. I would ask that the person who saw me at my last appointment (2015) is given training around this, as he did not pick this up - this is in spite of the fact that I mentioned the problem with my eyes watering specifically to him.

The experience was extremely distressing. I have put a compliant in with the manager as my sons eyes didn't seem to be a priority to them.
My son has been refered to hospital with his eyes and would have been seen by now if it wasn't for the incompetency of the staff

Very impressed with my first visit to boots in Northwich ..extremely friendly and explained everything in detail..I look forward to my next visit to choose my new glasses
