Walked in to store to see if my glasses could be adjusted as they kept slipping off whenever I looked down. Abdul Qayyum could not have been more accommodating and after looking at what the issue was, took the glasses away, made some adjustments, then returned 5 minutes later with glasses that fitted perfectly. What great service and to top it all there was no charge as apparently adjustments are FoC. Brilliant Service!!

All the staff were friendly. Optician made me feel at ease, had a lovely sense of humour and explained all tests he did very clearly. Offered some good advice and recommended eye drops I needed. Thank you.

The Optician was very friendly and gave me a chance to explain what I had booked the appointment for. After checking my eyes, she explained in easy to understand detail what the problem was and what the next step forward was to manage it.

They were all very thorough.

I had had a poor experience from a different dispensing company. I was particularly impressed with the care I received from the optical assistant. She was warm, empathetic and helpful. I feel hopeful that I will be able to see much better when I receive my new glasses.

For me the star of the show was the practice manager Ray who sat with my son and taught him how to do contact lenses. The optometrist was ok but distant. Ray is great !

Well presented 'showroom'. Well presented professional and friendly staff. Well organized all round. Staff couldn't do more to make patients welcome and relaxed
