My nurse was lovely. She took time out of her day to reassure and educate me. She was very knowledgeable on what she was helping me with.
Jenni was very helpful and quick to respond to any query.
I would recommend her to anyone!
Jenni was amazing, she always took into consideration every bit of information I shared with her, while also being very compassionate and understanding with her responses. I never had to wait long for her to reply to my notes either. Overall, I can’t even think of one thing that should improve as the care she provided was the best anyone could wish for.

Jenni was handing the titration of an ADHD medication that I had started and so we were in regular correspondence week-by-week to ensure that I wasn't experiencing side-effects, my physical observations were okay and to assess whether the medication was working.
Jenni was really polite, helpful, kind and very responsive when I needed to speak to her. I suffer from a few mental health problems and a learning disability so I sometimes need extra explaining than most and Jenni was very accomodating. She was also very understanding when we had an issue with a pharmacy not reading the prescription correctly and they needed to speak to her.
In summary, I would highly recommend Jenni and hope that more people will have the pleasure of working with her as I did. This was my first time accessing private treatment and it was honestly night and day difference between what I've experienced on the NHS.
