I had a wonderfully easy time with my titration, despite the medication shortage at the time, because of Jenni. She kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and was very patient and kind. She gave me the impression that she really does genuinely care about her patients, and I wish her all the best for the future.

Working with Jenni was great. She was always very attentive and thorough during my titration period. Only positive things to say and would highly recommend.

The nurse was incredible with communication, any queries, worries, or concerns I had were replied with quickly and professionally. She made sure that I felt fully in control and listened to during titration. Furthermore, as learning about neurodivergence is a life changing prospect, they have helped me feel enabled and accepted. Allowing me to not only understand how I can help manage symptoms, but what ways I can make adjustments to make things easier.
