I was nervous and had lots of questions when I went to the colposcopy. Nurse parberry was very patient, knowledgable and understanding when answering my questions. I felt safe and in good hands during the procedure - nurse parberry and the accompanying health professional (unfortunately I didn't get her name) were brilliant keeping me chatting and taking my mind off the procedure. In summary, I couldn't recommend better health professionals!

Ms Parberry has seen me at Culposcopy clinic for the last three years. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I was scared the first time I was referred to attend the clinic, having had many repeated abnormal smears and fearing the worst. Ms Parberry's knowledge and experience was immediately very reassuring and paradoxically I have felt much less worried since starting the clinic in 2015 because I know I'm in safe hands and it's being monitored by an expert. She always recognises me and says hello, which is very impressive given how many patients she must have. Appointments are quick, efficient and informative. Truly grateful to have such first class treatment and care!

I was very anxious when i got to the hospital as i thought Anna was absent. She has been my gynaecologist for over 10 years. So panicked a little. Anna then came to my rescue and promised she would take my appointment. Anna was very patient with me and helped calm me down by talking me through a near panic attack

Anna heard how worried I was and immediately and calmly put me at ease. I was emotional after the consultant meeting and she explained further the procedure I would have and said she was on the phone if I needed her. Amongst fear of the surgery and cancer she made the whole process much more humane and made me a lot calmer than I could have been. Post surgery she explained everything clearly and again at six month check she really made me feel that I was in the best hands. She is there for you, patient gentle and above all lets you know she is going to help in a worrying time.
