I had the appointment with Anna today. It was my first time seeing her, but beforehand I had a contact with her about change of dates in my visit over email. She responded to my email immediately, which was very reassuring. From the beginning she acted professionally and friendly at the same time, which is so important in the care services, when people had to deal with pain, sufferings and fear. I was very much impressed with Anna's work, her attitude and the treatment I got. She is an example to follow.

Anna is AMAZING! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and at the same time through the 3 years of treatment/care she has shown continued kindness and compassion when I have been quite low. I could not recommend Anna and her team more.

Nurse Parberry is the most competent and supportive specialist I have come across in the NHS. Although she clearly has a huge amount of patients to meet, she was always made me feel listened to and answered any questions I had. Her knowledge of the area she works in is truly impressive and I felt I could trust her from day 1. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any woman I know. Thank you Nurse Parberry!
