The care and attention of everyone involved was excellent. I can think of no negatives.

Very good. The dedication of the often very busy staff. Their commitment is very reassuring when a patient is feeling vulnerable and frightened as I was. What I think could be improved - less reliance on agency workers.

All staff on the ward, bot rooms 7 adn 3 have been caring, attention and patient. I have been monitored closely and appropriate action taken where necessary. Communication between internal department could have been better, eg confusion over pre-op assessment, pharmacy apparently unaware of my taking bleed pressure tablets at home, despite being asked the question many times.

Visiting hours need to one and half instead at 3.
