All staff on the ward, bot rooms 7 adn 3 have been caring, attention and patient. I have been monitored closely and appropriate action taken where necessary. Communication between internal department could have been better, eg confusion over pre-op assessment, pharmacy apparently unaware of my taking bleed pressure tablets at home, despite being asked the question many times.
