All staff are very kind and helpful to patients. Sometimes more staff are needed on certain situations.

Was only here for 3 days. But the care was good. They could do with more nurses and N A staff during day and night shifts. As patients are having to wait up to 10 mins. To be taken to the toilet etc. Leading them to wet the bed or worse. We need more staff and less cut backs and decent pay and conditions.

The regular visits by staff. The proffesionalism of all staff. The amount of staff on duty. The willingness of the staff to answer questions with honesty. The cleanliness and hygene. The equipment available when needed.

All the staff are very helpfull careing. Everyone is very helpfull and reasuring. Nothing is to much trouble. All the staff spend as much time as they can to help and reasure us.

The care wa very good too much trouble. The only important is not all wasnt having had a plug that filled. Very difficult to have a wash.
