I found that the advice and exercises I was given were excellent and have resulted in an improvement to my condition beyond my expectations .

It would have been more helpful to have been given paper copies of the exercises as my printer did not reproduce them very clearly and would not print the text which was annoying.

Both the receptionist and [name removed] I saw during my visit were friendly and compassionate. They gave the impression that they cared and I felt well looked after and in safe hands. The [name removed], [name removed], was professional, thorough and helpful. I left feeling very confident in her assessment and that she'd done everything she could to help me. I couldn't have asked for more, she was clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly personable. Thank you so much

It would be great if a plan of the hospital was available online in order to help find the right department. Physiotherapy was easy to find but I've struggled in the past to locate the right building for other services.

The care I received was very good. The physio assessment was very good but at times I would have liked fewer exercises that I could concentrate on and get them right. [name removed] who supported me got it just right and I liked his sense of humour and his encouragement. It is also worth commenting on the fact that the Administrator at the physio desk was very pleasant and very helpful and added to a good experience especially as she had to cope with some quite difficult people on the phone.

I think you did very well. You gave a very good service at a very difficult time due to [name removed] and imposed restrictions. I do not think you could have done anything better

I found the sessions so helpful and really felt the benefit after a few weeks. These were different exercises to the ones I had previously been doing. My back seems to have improved and feels stronger. I am able to stand for longer periods now.

I have absolutely no negative comments as everyone was so helpful and lovely.
