The care I received was very good. The physio assessment was very good but at times I would have liked fewer exercises that I could concentrate on and get them right. [name removed] who supported me got it just right and I liked his sense of humour and his encouragement. It is also worth commenting on the fact that the Administrator at the physio desk was very pleasant and very helpful and added to a good experience especially as she had to cope with some quite difficult people on the phone.

I think you did very well. You gave a very good service at a very difficult time due to [name removed] and imposed restrictions. I do not think you could have done anything better
