Both the receptionist and [name removed] I saw during my visit were friendly and compassionate. They gave the impression that they cared and I felt well looked after and in safe hands. The [name removed], [name removed], was professional, thorough and helpful. I left feeling very confident in her assessment and that she'd done everything she could to help me. I couldn't have asked for more, she was clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly personable. Thank you so much

It would be great if a plan of the hospital was available online in order to help find the right department. Physiotherapy was easy to find but I've struggled in the past to locate the right building for other services.
