I was asked on arrival whether I had a covid vaccination which firstly was totally unnecessary and don't believe you have the right to ask me this question when I was attending for physiotherapy only. On replying to the physio and the reception, I encountered a very disapproving look and was told I had to sit in the corridor away from other physio patients. Thus I found to be absolute discrimination and totally unnecessary as there were other patients waiting for different services sat in the same corridor so didn't see any difference whats so ever. What was the difference in me sitting outside to then walk past the patients waiting for physio to get to the cubicle !!!! Makes absolutely no sense !!!! I was made to feel like I should be treated differently to everyone else, which is totally ridiculous in this situation. Covid could of just as easily been spread by walking past them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not discriminate or alienate people for making their own choices when you reasoning is absolutely unfounded

[name removed] helped me achieve the fastest recover I have ever had for a recurrent injury. She was always very friendly very knowledgable and has been fantastic from start to finish.

Give [name removed] a pay rise she is genuinely fantastic and a great asset for the team.

I felt reassured by the treatment from [name removed] - I made fantastic progress and have so much more movement and strength in my arm. She was easy to talk to and listened to me. I was given exercises that were easy to follow and fit into daily life. Before I saw her I was worried with my progress and felt so much better and happier once my treatment was with her. I feel confident to continue by myself and know the exercises I have will continue to improve my arm's strength and movement.

There is nothing that could have been better - it was all very good.

[name removed] treated me after I was in a serious cycle accident and suffered both head, hip and back injuries. She was patient, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me get better both with physio but also regards to my concussion. I’m very grateful to have been referred to her and had her help.

I did not always understand whet the exercises were working on. I have had a lot of very helpful (and understanding) Physiotherapy. After an initial hiccup at the beginning, appointments have been given at appropriate times.

Obviously not caused me the initial upset and cost.

I was extremely happy with the high level of professional service given and felt that after each session I could see a steady progression in mobility of my arm. I am extremely grateful to the Senior Physiotherapist who took great care of me.

I have no negative comments to make.

I had video conference due to coved twice with [name removed] and she was really good explained the exercises clearly and I also went to Wokingham Hospital once and she went through them very concisely and best of all they seem to be working which I did not expect so very pleased.

I was given excellent service. The exercises and advice and general advice as to how to manage my problem was always very helpful and relevant . On the occasion I needed to change an appointment, this was dealt with immediately and an alternative offered within a day or so.

Cannot immediately think of anything. As you can see, very impressed with the service overall
