Everyone friendly, throughout considerate. Was left hanging around after procedure as nurses not informed what next steps was.
Toilets need to be cleared more regularly!

The nurses were so caring and attentive and made my stay here pleasant; I was not looking forward to staying here as my last experience was very distressing. Thanks to nurses - Elaine, Clara and Stacey as well as night nurse Lisa for everything.

The floor has not been mopped properly since I was admitted on 3 March. Feet were dirty on walking to and from toilet. Same stain was on the floor for days until my wife cleaned it. Having been a caretaker for 20 yrs I know how important this is and difficult when the ward is full. Excellent care and kindness shown and most have good people skills. A big thank you!
